What should I wear? Whatever you feel comfortable in. You will see everything from shorts and flip flops to even a few suits and ties.
What time should I arrive? We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. So, if you’re planning on coming to Worship at 11 AM, make plans to arrive around 10:45. This allows you time to get settled in before things get going. Plus, if you arrive early for the Worship service, we’ve got free coffee and tea for you to enjoy while you get acquainted with other worshippers.
Where should I go when I get there? We recommend using the main entrance located on the south side of the campus, facing FM 455. However, you can come through any door you wish.
How will I know where everything is? No matter what door you come through, you will be greeted by a member of our Welcome Team. They will help you get your bearings regarding everything from location of the restrooms to where you and your family can attend age-appropriate small group Bible studies.
Where do my kids go? For kids ages 4 and up, we have bible study groups for all ages that start at 10 AM. We offer a fully-staffed nursery for children up to 3 years old during Small Groups and the Worship service. During the Worship service, we have Kid Packs for kids ages 4 and up that contain crayons, note pads, and a color sheet to help keep their attention.
What if my kids get loud or crazy? Don’t worry. Every parent has had those moments. If you child decides to have a meltdown or just gets a little too chatty for your liking, we have a room where you and he/she can go. This room, which we affectionately call the “Cry Room”, is equipped with a video and audio feed of the service (for you), a bucket of toys (for them). Stay as long as you need.
How long does church last? You can plan for the worship service to be over around Noon. Every now and then we run a little late, but we will most certainly be done by 12:15 pm.
Do I have to put money in the offering plate? Absolutely not. We expect our members to financially support the ministry of the church. If you want to give, then feel free to, but you are not obligated to in any way. The only thing we will ask you to do is to fill out a Connection Card to help us know how we can pray for and with you.
